this website was, and still is, the brainchild of this bald man. It began in April 1998 and is all his own work (apart from the bits nicked from elsewhere). The intention was to make it more interesting and fun than a lot of the stuff you see on the web - in the same way that What A Palaver try to be more interesting and fun than a lot of stuff you see on the stage. It will continue to improve, expand and eventually, maybe, it will justify its existence... in the meantime... it's just a bit of fun... and there should be more fun in this world... and What A Palaver are happy to try and do their bit.
